Experience

Thirty years experience of working in dance and education. Specialist consultant and visiting practitioner in LEA mainstream, special schools, Independent schools and Further Education.

Expertise

Developmental Movement interventions targeted for focus groups & individually, plus advice, consultancy and training for schools and parents.

Problems Addressed

A full range of Developmental Delay & Specific Learning Difficulties all resulting in difficulties with movement processing including Dyspraxia (DCD), ASD, ADD/ADHD, Motor Learning Difficulties, PMLD. Enhancement strategies for speech, language & communication. Support for individuals and CPD training for schools.

Assessments and Lessons

Assessments are carried out using appropriate and recognised tests. Interventions are tailored to the needs of the group or individual student.

Outcomes

Intervention programmes have been scientifically validated and quantitative and qualitative results are available. Case study outcomes documented. Consistent and positive feedback from schools.
